From the start of my coaching career I have always been drawn to ‘group coaching’ and the community aspect of it as I know how beneficial it can be to everyone involved. With Dynamic Lifestyle Coaching my aim is to build a safe space where we can encourage each other to thrive for greatness whilst supporting one another on our individual journeys.
Our main aim is to provide tailored workout plans, nutritional guidance, and ongoing support, designed to fit your unique needs and busy schedule. We pride ourselves on supporting you along your fitness journey not punishing you for any setbacks you may have.
Our programme provides personalised calorie and protein targets, along with coaching to keep you on track. We have education around nutrition and provide sample meal plans that will help you develop a better understand of the food you are consuming.
You’ll get daily support from our friendly Facebook group, access to our extensive education library, and weekly check-ins & a daily tracker which your coach can review to monitor progress and make adjustments to ensure you are moving closer to your goal.
Support, accountability, and motivation with a coach who hold’s you to a higher standard than you would yourself. All we ask is that you commit to the process and stay in communication with us as this is crucial.
In my 1-1 premium program, this sort of support costs upwards of £200 a month… While I have no doubt it is worth every penny, I understand it’s a significant investment - especially in today’s climate! That’s why the DYNAMIC LIFESTYLE COACHING costs less than half of that amount. To make it accessible for more people, I’ve reduced the cost substantially. Yes absolutely, everything can be regressed back to its most basic form. Meaning we can meet you wherever you are at and put you on your own individualist pathway to progress.
It is suitable for anyone over the age of 18. We currently have members from 18-60+.
No, there are loads of members who make great progress from improving their nutrition, lifestyle & habits. This often leads to them progressing onto training if their schedule allows for it.
We have lots of members who perform home workouts without equipment and not only do they love it but they also make great progress. The more equipment you have available the more variety we can provide within your training plan. I would recommended dumbbells & resistance bands at a minimum.
Absolutely! The exercise is only one piece of the puzzle!! We can still focus on nutritional & lifestyle habits to facilitate progress. However, we do recommend you see a medical professional for your injury and we could possibly integrate your rehab process into your individualized plan.
Although we NEVER encourage ‘dieting’ whilst on holiday. We encourage you to take holidays on your health and fitness journey. You may not make ‘progress’ in the traditional sense but we can help you learn how to continue enjoying your life without stressing about undoing all of your progress.
Absolutely!! Our nutritional guidance is flexible and can be adapted to accommodate various dietary preferences and restrictions - THERE IS NO ONE SIZE FITS ALL.
You’ll have access to our in app tracking tools, which enables you to document your progress regarding your training & daily habits - this in combination with your check-ins provides us with the oversight required to make long term sustainable progress.
